I visited Bluebell whilst in Alton staying with family and my nephew, who is clearly already a fan kept talking about "Big Cake" before we got there. Well he wasn't wrong, they have a lovely Big Cake selection, including the classics such as lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge and a delicious looking chocolate cake (which my nephew swiftly demolished a slice of!), but also some more unusual options including apple cake, and blueberry and coconut. They even cater to various allergy requirements too. I can also personally vouch for the new York style chocolate chip cookies which were absolutely incredible and had a chocolate ratio that was generous without being overpowering. We also had some sandwiches, panini's and sausage rolls which were clearly made with super fresh ingredients. Thankyou Kirsty and Tracy, you know I will be back...

We were sat in the car in the Lady Place car park, in the rain, wondering where to go for some cake. The first place listed on Google was Bluebell Cake House, a few hundred yards away. What a lovely, cosy little place to come for tea and cake. We had a very friendly, warm welcome. We enjoyed breakfast with a lovely cup of tea. We took some cake to go. Great selection of cakes and biscuits. Lovely to go somewhere like this with a kitchen on the side where the fresh cakes are made, it feels very homely. Would 100% recommend a visit. I asked Tracey to bake and deliver a cake for my son's 36th Birthday. I asked her to decorate the cake using a Gym/Weight lifting theme. Blue Bell cake house produced a MAGNIFICENT cake decorated with the most beautiful, intricate and authentic items of gym equipment. The cake and 12 Brownies were delivered on-time and a photo of the product was provided which has absolutely delighted both the intended recipient and the customer.
