Ems Coffee — Restaurant in East Hertfordshire

Someone got out of the wrong bed this morning!!!!

Have visited the cafe before and whilst the workers are polite they employ young staff who are not professional and the hot drinks are not a high standard for the price charged.

This morning I popped my head in to ask for some tissue as I split a drink. The lady who served me, I had not been served by before and she responded with an obnoxious and what I suspect to be an attempt at a joke in front of customers. I was extremely shocked at the rudeness I was faced with asking for a kind favour. Not only was it embarrassing for me but the coffee room was filled with other customers who seemed equally surprised at the rudeness.

I found the staff members to be very rude. It is an unprofessional environment that is poorly furnished and improperly regulated. There was an issue with passengers taking a seat in what looks to be a waiting area. If this is not put on a sign there is no way to know. Sort this out if it is a problem don’t be rude to possible customers. I commute into London regularly and will certainly not be visiting this ‘café’ again.
