On valentines day. I ordered the lamb chops, but unfortunately, they were extremely tough and almost impossible to cut with a knife. When i raised this concern with the experienced server, I was told that chops were fresh and that I should have requested a steak knife or ordered less well done. I must say I found this response to be quite unsatisfactory, as I believe that lamb chops should be tender and easy to cut regardless of how they are cooked. Additionally I was disappointed that I had to pay for a dish that I was arable to eat. Booked a table for 10 and were given a table for 7 which was then "bodged" to be a table for 10 when we arrived which took approximately 20mins with us standing around waiting. We were cramped into a tiny space for the entire evening in the height of summer. Imagine the situation at xmas where everyone is on random furniture because you run out of chairs and tables but now turn the temperature up to 30 degrees. The food took a long time to arrive and wasn't anything special when it did arrive which was also disappointing.

We’ve always been a regular customer in this restaurant and I’ve even advised it to friends, until tonight. The quality of food has very badly changed, my pizza was missing some important ingredients and didn’t taste nice, my daughter who has always loved the bolognese told me that it’s not good! The worst is when I asked for some Parmesan for a second time and the waitress told me that she has given me more than usual and I had to pay for it!!!
