We can’t thank The Pizza Guys Stortford enough for making our Year 6 Leavers’ Party absolutely unforgettable last night!

From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and perfectly tailored to our event. The setup was smooth and stress-free, and the team were so kind and accommodating with the kids (and grown-ups too!). The smell alone had everyone excited, but the taste? Incredible. Each pizza was piping hot, full of flavour, and cooked to perfection – with something for every palate, including vegetarians and gluten free.

The kids loved being able to choose their slices, and the parents were just as impressed. It felt like a proper treat, and really added something special to the night. So many compliments came flooding in — and we couldn’t agree more!

I've ordered from here in the past many times and each time was pretty good. This last time I had asked for vegan cheese on my pizza (which I usually do) and they got my order completely wrong.

I had tried calling the restaurant no answer, so I emailed asking for amendment because quite honestly I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake along with the poor quality food.

But I was completely disregarded saying that they 'tried to contact me with the change but weren't able to reach me' absolutely ridiculous I never received a phone call. And why would you say that the driver was trying to contact me shouldn't the restaurant had?! They never said there was no vegan cheese so obviously this is their mistake. Really confused how these people run their business.

THEN the worst part is that they offered me a generic code for 10 pounds off my next order. when I SHOULD be getting a full refund for this awful order. And like I would ever order from you again after this experience. Dont bother with this place absolutely awful,...

Ordered delivery. Items left off, pizza was that of a kids school lunch, and sadly, Dominos would have probably been better. Greek salad: feta was ATROCIOUS. Delivery driver was nice but clearly did not check the order because he handed me the receipt and said the items were not on there until I pointed to it and then he claimed he’s just the driver 🙄. The food has left us nauseous the next morning and we have to fly. I am disappointed because these reviews do not reflect what we received. Will never order or recommend Update: it was DEFINITELY the salad and cheese, as my daughter and I became horribly ill for 24 hours and my son only a stomach ache.
