Cooplands — Restaurant in East Lindsey

Asked for cheese savoury baguette, was made a seafood baguette. Assistant said that's what I asked for but i never have anything but cheese. Doesn't even sound the same. ?? She didn't seem happy with her mistake. As they were very busy (I had waited 20 mins) I decided to take sub roll from ready made section. When I bit into it, it was cheese ploughman's. In wrong section. My fault for not checking, but did not enjoy as don't like pickle. Always been extremely happy in past, but Hykeham Shop now...

We stayed at Tattersall beginning of April & I ventured into the town with my son, we stubbled across here and was absolutely delighted, we were served by a young girl who was so polite & professional! We ordered nearly £30 worth! she was extremely patient with myself & autistic son even though it was busy so she was 5* Literally everything was so fresh pastries and fresh cakes and everything tasted amazing! Awful place. They make sandwiches up, asked for a cheese sandwich rather than ham and cheese as part of the meal deal to be told no!! They said they could make it up and I could take the ham out afterwards but they couldn't just make it up without the ham in the first place! Ridiculous considering this would actually save them a piece of ham! Rude jobsworths!! And the pasties that we did have were dry and tasteless. Poor...
