Been for breakfast over a month ago with the wife, and it was amazing!, one of best breakfasts I've had!

Recently we've been twice in 2 weeks just to try it again as we loved it before but.....

First time we returned it was a total change from when we entered the building. No lights were on, no background music, all we could hear is what the staff and another table was talking about. (Which wasn't pleasent!) The Big Den arrived and the plate looked a mess, I moved my food around and noticed a lot of grease on the plate. Mushroom must of been fried as all it was full of was oil. My wife had eggs benedict, which was good on the eye but eggs were solid. We left our plates, paid and left.

Second time we thought, maybe it was just a bad day, but it was just the same, staff are more interested in going for a cigarette than seeing if everything was ok with our meal. We sat down and ordered food and no cutlery came. Had to ask for cutlery to even eat our food. We had breakfast and eggs benedict again it was no change from last time. We was there for an hour and I've never seen a member of staff constantly on her phone so much than here.

Unfortunately we've been coming all summer, and Tapas night too, but we will not be returning. As second time was icing on the cake for us.

This is on the chapel fields caravan park and part of the park, but the dentist is open to all. Re opened this summer with new management, so no full menus this year simply because all the good chefs are already employed for the season, but next year a full time chef is planned, Currently on limited openings out of peak season but serving breakfast from 10 to 12 Friday sat and Sunday with baps and pastries sometimes available outside of this time. The big den breakfast is amazing value, I have not tried the mega den breakfast ok fast yet but wife informs the small den breakfast is fine for normal appetites but I would say id still be hungry after it. They have started having a singer entertainment on Friday evenings which is very popular. The building is very new and modern, lots of outside seating if it's nice and ok even when it's a bit nippy as it has glass walls. Staff are great and this place deserves customers...

Came here for breakfast because they offer quality food, proper sausage and proper coffee. It did not disappoint - the food was beautiful and cheap for the quality you get. Peaceful surroundings, it is a bit out of the way of the hustle and bustle but it was a 5 minute car journey from Ingoldmells and I would absolutely recommend making that little bit of effort to go there. The guys actually care about what they are providing to customers. There's a little park for the kids, they also had a bouncy castle up. There's a dog walking area, fishing tackle shop within a few steps of the place. Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable seating. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating, we had breakfast in the sun, and it was delightful. Definitely check this place out, stands out against all the greasy spoons you get in Ingoldmells and Chapel St. Leonards. Quick and friendly service, what more could...
