What a shity place horrible prices the kids of decent holiday it looks like a run down council estate in fact I've seen better Estates and if it goes on the way it is doing with the silly caravan prices they will go bust I've spoken to hundreds of people and they believe they are being taken for a ride with the prices on these caravans day ticket changeover fee of £2,000 for absolutely nothing now that's highway robbery I've spoken to some people about this and in due course they are going to take this matter to court because that is blatant stealing I've spent over £500 in two days and absolutely nothing all to show for it I've got one star but they should not get nothing I will see these Robin people in court thank you I hope this feedback enlightened people of the highway...

Site is tidy . But needs improving no parking at caravans . It's old fashioned. Most caravans are old too. Beach is shirt distance away . Trunch lane amenities are good but reminds me of bury new rd in Manchester.. All fake knock offs n takeaways. The general store sells loads of items. Which is good. Sadly we won't be coming here again.. our caravan was privately owned and I had to clean it . It had not been done prior to us going in. Plus the areas not for me. My teens hated it. Never been here before was led to believe that it's nice but isn't. We came for a change because both our caravans on primrose valley and reighton are booked up. Plus we all ready been there this summer...

Caravan 475 is absolutely shocking and I would not recommend a stay here if you value comfort or cleanliness then this caravan is not the place for you. If you like a cheap dirty dive then rock up if you can spare the £450 a week it costs to stay there. Absolute rip off and the owner seriously needs to update or better yet complete replace the caravan they have ripped out the original beds and sofas and tried to replace them with a sofa that should be in a house and covered up the carpet with laminate flooring.
