The only club in chapel St Leonard's that is affordable for all the family, we have been members for the last three years and what you pay in members annual fee's make this venue real value for money , and believe me you do make a saving. the children get entertained and the penny arcade is a favorite, a indoor cafe serves fast food and snacks, the drinks are very fairly priced and are served quickly with a friendly smile. Entertainment and bingo available through out the main season and the payouts really good. The staff go out of their way to create a brilliant friendly atmosphere. Its okay, but it's one of those places that is designed and run to get that extra pound out of you and your family....the trouble with this particular bar is that you can feel that aspect far more than the customer service side, which is a shame as the venue it's self is alright. The acts are pretty good the beer is expensive, there isn't much for the kids to do that doesn't cost a fortune and the atmosphere is a little weird.... I don't know what it is, but the staff never even smiled! Well this little haven is so dark inside not due to the ambient lighting its due to the horrendous décor . bottle Green velvet and brown emulsion with creamy, yellowish brownish nicotinie paint on the woodwork and ceiling !!! Its so big its probably bigger than Chapel of rest ! Cheep beer in the wheel tappers and shunters. P.s I did laugh there so I'll give it a couple of stars for shear...
