For my sister's 30th birthday, we ordered 3 pizzas and chips for delivery. We ordered at 17.00 on a Saturday. We expected a wait; it is understandable. It said it was 1 hr for delivery. Ordering and payment was straightforward. We were given an hour until delivery and the tracking information started to countdown. It said your food is being prepared... By 18.20 our food still hadn't arrived. No information on the tracking page, no update via email or phone- it just stopped at the "your food is being prepared". The countdown was stuck at 00.00.00. No updates. No communication. We phoned to be told it was just being prepared now and they were sorry. Another 20 minutes and nothing. Eventually, nearly 2 hours after we placed our order, an hour later than we were told, at 18.52, it arrived. It was warm. It was nice enough if a bit salty for my taste. But, the system they are using needs to be accurate. An hour late with no information and just an apology and no eta when we phone is not good enough. I'd eat there again but won't be using it for delivery/collection while the information is not accurate and they don't communicate/offer some type of compensation- I mean, throw in a free something as a gesture of genuine apology or do...
Read moreI'm at this place right now, and it's the only club in town that goes on late, but they charge £5 to get in and the drinks are very expensive. The DJ is terrible, he only plays decadent music and seems like he wants everyone to leave as soon as possible. The owner of this place should do something about it, because even though it's the only place in town, people get tired of it. We like to listen to some music at home; it's not suitable for places where we're looking to drink and have fun. Anyway, I live in the city, but this is the last time I'll try to come to this place because it's better to take the train and visit places where they actually care about the entertainment of the visitors or buy my own drink, put on my playlist and stay at home, spend less and have more fun....

Chimichanga was pretty disappointing; completely limp and not crisp in the slightest, could only taste the sauce inside. Salad is just a few bits of iceberg lettuce, cucumber, and tomato chopped up with no hint of dressing or even seasoning.
The nachos were by far the worst offender, absolutely nothing special to make it worth the £6, literally just plain tortilla chips and grated cheddar cheese.
Pizzas were mostly okay except these also just come covered in cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella, with rather minimal selected toppings.
Even the drinks arrived warm.
