Had booking for 8pm for our wedding anniversary .Was very busy when we arrived. Told to wait 5 minutes for table. At 830pm finally seated. 855pm still no one appeared to take drinks or any other order. No food seemed to be going out to other tables. Walked out as could just envisage that it would be too long a wait for food. Staff were obviously overwhelmed but there was very little in the way of apology for the initial wait and then this was further compounded by being basically ignored for a further 25 mins. This is not good customer service. Even if you are run off your feet an acknowledgement that you are there and even a quick drinks order would help.... but instead... tumbleweed. After we had wasted all this time our other options had stopped serving food. So our anniversary meal was a bit of a letdown.

EDIT... As requested in the reply I reached out to the restaurant on the 27/12/24 by email . And 6 weeks later I am still awaiting a response - it seems my experience on the night is matched by the experience of their management team in dealing with the issue - yet more tumbleweed and silence
