We ordered five pizzas and only received 4 but were charged for five We were told after ordering and paying that the Monday discount didn't apply for delivery, even though this was not mentioned to us on the flyer or when we called to order When we called to ask for our missing pizza they told us that we only ordered four, which was not true as we paid for five The guy who came to deliver our missing pizza slammed the door on us and refused to give us the pizza as we apparently had not paid, which we had When we called to ask to speak to a manager, the person on the phone claimed both that there were no managers and that he was the manager. When we asked to speak to someone else, he claimed that he was the only person working there Both the delivery person and the person on the phone were rude and told us that we were wasting their time. They also said that the store didn't do delivery except to the campsite which is not true as the other reviews talk about delivery and they also charged £3.99 for delivery when we were told it was £2...

I’d give zero stars if I could. We didn’t hear the doorbell as we were upstairs dealing with a bit of an emergency. When she called I came to the door but there was nobody there, so I asked my wife to call. I then saw the driver walking up the hill and she was so rude and just handed me the food. At the same time my wife had called and she was incredibly rude to my wife. I sent the number a message (I probably shouldn’t have) saying “learn some manners”. I then received a message back telling me to “fuck off. If you order food, open the door!” And also something about having to park away from the house. Clearly she doesn’t know the laws of the roads. Unbelievable!

I must add that I did call the restaurant and the manager was very genuine and I apologise for the poor...

One star is one too many after my delivery yesterday was awful I'm sorry but after not ticking the salad box on both burgers both had salad and burger sauce in was very disappointing as then was unable to eat it and also half the burger bun was burnt to bloody crisp after spending 5 pound on then burger was awful I will not be eating here again and I will not be recommending this place for food especially when my 12 year old has made better food waste...
