Pearls Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Eastbourne

It was my first visit to go in a bubble tea shop. I did not have a clue and said this when I went in!!! The girl behind the counter did not give a shit😡. It was like I was ruining her day just by standing there. I asked about the new vegan range and what would you recommend!!! I asked what milk do you use and she said I think they are soya based. She did not want to help me at all. I got this very tasteless drink that ended up costing me over £4 and ended in the bin. Ended up in coffee Republic who now do the same. They were so nice and helpful and gave me a lovely flavour. Is this how all there shops act? I would hate for her to serve someone who suffers with a hidden disability. Will not...

I am very disappointed me and my husband have been a customer in Brighton and since Eastbourne branch has been opened. I only drink original milk bubble tea or orginal bubble tea adding cream cheese on top from this place. I order my usual order today and they said only have cream cheese on top for cheesecake milk tea drink.

This place is amazing! So far, I’ve tried Taro Milk Tea (photo 1), Oreo Milk Tea (photo 2) and the Original Milk Tea (photo 3). All of them have been amazing so far.

The Taro Milk Tea is slightly sweeter than the Original Milk Tea and has a vanilla taste.

The Oreo Milk Tea is just the same as the Original Milk Tea, except there are crushed Oreo’s at the top.
