Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Eastleigh

Tables barely clean and the wait to be served was very long especially to get a very badly presented drink. When I was served the barista dropped the gingerbread put it back on and spilt the drink all over the tray and cup. The same with happened with the other drink I had ordered for my friend. We then took it to the table with drink all over the cup and tray (with no saucers). It was extremely hard to drink without getting covered in hot chocolate. I would not recommend this Costa due to the fact they didn't even offer to give me a serviette or clear the drink off the cup. Last time I went, I also didn't receive good service however I thought that was a one off, I ordered and paid for a gingerbread hot chocolate but they gave it to me without the gingerbread even though I could see there where some left, also there was no syrup in the drink. I had paid extra for a normal hot chocolate and when I asked for another they refused and said it was...

Came here as Kettle and cake was closed.

I Had a Clementine and Cranberry loaf cake, it was quite dry, but the cream on top have it the moisture.

As it's still December, thought would have one of the festive drinks, went for the toffee penny Latte, requested to have it with coconut milk and one shot, the barista making the drink, had to ask me again what my order was, I was the only person in the queue!

As I had my drink with coconut milk (I prefer the flavour and it makes the drink creamier) I had to ask for them to add some cream and sprinkles on the top.

The staff weren't particularly friendly and felt rushed with my order, a customer asked about the muffins flavours and the staff didn't know the answer, which wasn't great, if the person was allergic...

hello.my friend is a victim of abuse at this costa and let me tell you why.she has a condition called IBS aka irritable bowel syndrome and she really needed a poo.An old woman by the name of terese or teresa rudely stormed up to the both of us and told us we needed to get something before she goes for a poo.I kindly said that she has ibs and that she cant control it and she needed to go now but the old lady said “dont test me😡” i look at my friend in shock and horror and sadly she went to go get some water and had her poo.After she had her poo my friend came back and terese appeared out of the shadows and she rudely said “they cant give water to you” i was shocked.Horrified even anyways moral of the story dont come here if u have ibs unless u wanna...
