Hansa's Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Elmbridge

we went to celebrate my friends anniversary to this thai place! we had to wait so long and they took our order wrong and we have asked again to redone they took so long! the thai waitress was so rude !!! when we asked one of our beef dish was came out too sweet she rudely replied to us saying she dont eat beef and only chef knows why dish was so sweet ! and walk off she was very arrogant and rude! poor customer service! we have asked them to replace the orders she refused and said kitchen is close !! and fee of us never got our food we ordered never apologised or anything and walk off!!!! i would never recommend this place to anyone !food is very expensive and too sweet! very poor customer service!!!!!!! worst...

Ordered a Kra Pow. Didn't receive one (pictured). Called to discuss it and they just said talk to Deliveroo. Zero customer care. They were then rude and put the phone down.

Called back to ask if I could email the picture so they can understand or at least confirm thats how they make Kra Pow (which would still be wrong, but at least i know) and they just hung up again.

I'd go to the local Thai chain that serves more authentic food than this place. Not to mention better customer service. Aviod if you want to recieve the dish you...

Gorgeous little restaurant with amazing food!! I'd highly recommend the Hansas sharing platter for starters, we shared it among three of us and it was amazing! I had the creamy red Thai curry which was really tasty and the perfect portion size with lots of roasted peppers. We also shared the pad thai and it was the best i've had. They give you fruit and an after eight when you're done which is a lovely finish to the meal.
