McDonald's — Restaurant in Elmbridge

The food was okay but I was shocked that the tables were not being cleaned as soon as someone left ,I cleaned my own table with my own antibacterial wipes. As I was eating my lunch a deliveroo employee sat on the table behind me and hit me with her enormous bag so I moved to the other side of the table. I observed her on her phone clicking away on her extremely cracked screen, she looked grumpy and her bicycle helmet was dirty . She got up to collect her food delivery's and she didn't sanitise her hands, none of the deliveroo employee's did, disgusting and one of the people putting the food into the bags behind the counter didn't have her mask on properly. I won't be eating McDonald's again ,they really need to up their cleanliness and make everyone sanitise if delivering food, I did mention this to a member of staff and she said they did but my observations that day showed that no-one did. We still need to be careful and aware of what has happened over the last year or so. i walked in to the mcdonald’s to be blasted with sweltering heat! i was a bit confused as it was quite muggy outside. i placed my order in the machine and for some reason it asked for my social security number? is this a new feature? when my order arrived the bag was ripped and my meal fell out. none of the members of staff tried to help me and instead laughed while throwing nuggets at me. i’m allergic to nuggets so this made me extremely cold. when i picked up my meal from the floor i ran out the mcdonald’s in tears and sweating. what a horrible experience. when i get home and opened my meal i was distraught to find my burger was sweating. my nuggets smelt of body odur, my coke had melted and my mcflurry was inside out and had a frown. i decided to go back and demand a refund. when i went in the till was on fire and the manager was smoking. i asked the fire what was happening and it spat at me? i went to the back to find a worker where i was bombarded with loose bottom buns and a live pig. i ran. when i went tried to flee the door was locked. i’m still...

Ironically this review asked me what I got from the restaurant, the answer is nothing! I downloaded the app to order food for collection. Ordered, paid and left to drive to the restaurant. After showing an employee my code they said please stand to one side, they were obviously under the impression my food was being prepared. As was I! After 10 minutes and no food I asked what was happening and they asked to see my QR code, which they scanned. I then got a notification stating they now had my code and once again we were both under the impression my order was being prepared. Another few minutes and I checked that it was in fact being prepared. Nothing had been received that they could see on their system so yet again no food of mine was being prepared. This was not at all any fault of the people working there! Entirely the app and in house systems fault.
