Don't bothering ordering from them on deliveroo or app. Incompetent unable to find an address. Even picked up to the driver to help, he asked house? Is there parking? Then hung up. I called the restraunt 3 times, got the awnser phone twice. Called the driver again, he said he would be there in 10 mins? Third time called them again they claimed they couldn't find my house and I didn't pick up the the driver. Blatant lies. I've logged a complaint with deliveroo, with evidence of me calling and having conversations with the driver and picking up. They immediately refunded me and apologised. Placed an order for meal deal 3B £29.99 which was for two 15 inch pizzas. Received two 12 inch pizzas instead which is their 3A meal £21.99. A difference of £8. Called to complain on Saturday and asked for £8 refund which I’m entitled to, only to be told the manager wasn’t there but would contact me in the morning. No call back Sunday as promised so I called again to be told the same story about no manager but my details were there for the manager to call me. This is now Monday and surprise surprise no contact. The wrong order! It's one of those local places that the owner runs with certain members of the family (not like the one you guys have if you took offence), they are drunk with alcohol, greed and lust.

Omg it's a dodgy place. When I asked for the extra topping, the old man on the phone mumbled something and said I'll get it to you next time. Not on my watch! I'm speechless! Wrong pizza, wrong attitude, knows nothing about customer service, it's so run down and over priced when I got there and walked in to get my money back.
