Update 3: how many months have passed now? Still no refund, no one contacts me back. Apparently no one monitors these reviews either because I see no responses to any reviews. There's absolutely no assistance whatsoever. Will try to contact pizza hut one more time. I expect whoever I talk to will tell me I'll need to wait another 16 working days for my refund and once again they'll "forget" to process it...
Update 2: 2 weeks later and I still don't have a refund. Received today £10 gift card to spend at pizza hut. Hilarious!!! Waiting for a manager to call me but no guarantee it'll happen today. Was informed it will take 16 working days more to process the refund IF it's approved. I requested to have the gift card cancelled as I want nothing to do with pizza hut and I'm not going to be forced to spend more money with them. If anyone monitors these reviews, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!
2 weeks ago: Absolutely appalling service. After 1h30 waiting for an order. Over 20mins on the phone with customer service because the restaurant doesn't answer or rejects calls. Ask to cancel the order and receive a refund only to be told it will take up to 16 days to process. 16 days!!! Never again...

I called and spoke with Ali (don’t know if this is his actual name) and he point blank lied to me and said no i did not order half tomato and half BBQ when it clearly shows that i did on my email confirmation. Read moreI ordered online some pizzas for my daughter’s birthday, they didn’t show up for delivery at the expected time. Called them incessantly, no one answering until the phone disconnecting. Eventually the manager picked up the call, but couldn’t be bothered to find my order (despite me wanting to share the order number and payment confirmation). The manager managed to send some Pizzas after my complaint, which were delivered nearly by the end of the birthday party, but all of them came soggy, the boxes were all smashed, cheese was stuck on the top of the cardboard. Driver’s manners were also not the most appropriate. This place nearly ruined my daughter’s birthday party. All the guests were appalled with the lack of manners and professionalism from this people.
