Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Elmbridge

the baristas were seriously rude to me. I went into the shop with my friend and ordered a hot chocolate. I didn't realise i would be made fun of for saying 'is there a hot chocolate or something' but i guess i was wrong. When my order came up a different barista from the one i ordered with put my hot chocolate down and said 'a hot chocolate or something'. The barista i ordered with had obviously found how i talked so funny that she had to tell both of the other workers there. There was no funny banter between us as she didn't look at me just walked off and laughed with the other baristas working there. This i found really insulting considering i was spending my money at the business just to be embarrassed. Will not be going to this Starbucks until the workers learn...

Popped in yesterday 22/10 afternoon with a friend visiting from far, walked in a dirty shop and not at all professional staff. The two girls were not paying attention to the clients, were talking to themselves and worst thing, I was given a normal milk pumpkin seed latte instead of the soya one I ordered giving me tummy ache in the hours later. My friend ordered a cappuccino and he said it was the worst he's ever had, it was watery with very little coffee and isn't cappuccino meant to have creamy milk on top? I have been a client for quite a while and the quality of the service has drastically worsened lately....
