I went into the Cobham branch today at around 11.45am with my little dog, I did look for a dogs not welcome sign, there was none. I did mention this when I was told in a very un-varnished way to take my dog outside as I should have known this, as it was a food outlet. There are many cafes, coffee shops etc who welcome dogs with their owners, how was I to know! The (lady) then went on to serve someone else who arrived after me and questioned my quizzical look...it all went down hill from there, very rude, I did point this out to her but all I got was a very juvenile (I know you are but what am I). I never get this kind of treatment in a shop, some people may deserve it, you reap what you sow you know! I will be contacting Head Office. I had two crusty rolls with bacon and sausages; I also took up the offer of hash browns.
The rolls were lovely and crusty on top, the bacon and sausages were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were a bit crispy, much better than the soft mushy ones you get in a lot of other hot food places.
No parking but there is a big car park (pay for parking) nearby.

Read moreBeen coming to this bakery every day for lunch while working in Cobham. There is always a great selection of sandwiches, cakes, sweet and savory pastrys. Everything I have eaten from here has been delicious and fresh. The service is always fantastic, Emily and Tracey are awesome and always have a laugh with me. Even though I'll be working elsewhere from now on I'll happily come back to this branch just for the service alone. Big thank you to you girls for keeping myself and my work colleagues happy...
