Abbey Deli & Sandwich Bar — Restaurant in England

I've driven past this place countless times whilst I've been helping out on the buses but I've never had the chance to call in until today. Thanks to Shrewsbury currently being wetter than Neptune's Nipple's Abbey Foregate has been turned into an impromptu bus station. As the deli is within walking distance I thought I'd amble down to see what delights awaited me. I’ve frequently walked by the deli, usually in the evenings, and thought I must pop in. I finally did so and what a little treat it is. It has quite an extensive menu, lots of products on display at the front including pasties, sausage rolls etc and a good selection of hot food available. Regular customer here. WELL NO MORE. Waited over half an hour today and food was wrong AGAIN. Served by inexperienced staff who quite blatantly have NOT A CLUE on how to serve when backs against the wall ie busy. VERY DISAPPOINTED REALLY AM. NEVER EVER AGAIN.STAY...
