Hi guys

Thanks for the mesl last night how ever a few suggestions.

1 water can i suggest you look into what caused are water to come with all the bits in. You said it was the ice. if it is you ice machine needs cleaning its full of lime scale. Not good for your customers.

2 when You serve your coke don't keep the 100ml left in a can and then use for another customer it will mean you constantly serve flat coke. If you customer's challenge you that there coke is flat dont mislead them that you have just opened the can you will leave them feeling like there being difficult customers. And I don't belive you want your customers to feel this way.

3 when you have kids can you be more imaginative than to just provide 3 after eights on a plate at bill tome kids rearly like dark chocolate . May be some sweets.

4 clean the tables better after each course especially after poppadoms.

5 provide hot towls try to make the visit an experience.

Don't water down your soap in the toilets hygiene is important to everyone at present

On the up side food was nice as was your service...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My recent takeaway purchase from this establishment will be my last and this is not a knee jerk reaction, there have been multiple problems missing items from previous orders, which can and did happen on 3 separate occasions. 04/01/25 I ordered online via the restaurants website, being quoted 80 minutes as a wait time at 6.30 pm for delivery, it was a Saturday night, so reasonable. My delivery time came and went, so I tried to call to enquire on my delivery, the phone just rang out consistently for 15 minutes with no answer. I drove down to the restaurant to try and resolve the situation, I was told that the food was out for delivery; I went home only to find that the food was not there, I had been lied to. I went back to the restaurant for a second time, where it was established that the restaurant had made an error and not made the food at all. 45 minutes after I was supposed to receive my food at home, I collected it myself at the restaurant. Really poor service, would not give me a refund because I had ordered online! I won't be...

A very nice quirky restaurant located in ampthill town centre, good options on tue menu and the food was very nice…I ordered a chilli garlic king prawns dish and a chilli chiken dish arrived 🤷‍♂️ I could of made a fuss but as it took ages to turn up I wasn’t keen on sitting around for another 45mins so I ate it.
