It's a really lovely cafe. The location is good and parking is close, free for 90 minutes. I have the lemon drizzle cake which was beautifully soft but crunchy in the right places. The hot chocolate was lovely too. My son had a cookie which was lovely and soft and gooey.
What let it down for me was the internet, I was unable to connect with my laptop or my phone. I had gone in there to spend time with my family but be able to continue working and I wasn't able to do this. I found it frustrating, but I appreciate that perhaps the nomadic worker isn't the cafe's target audience.

Read moreI came to have a cappuccino and a sit down to relax and read my book but sadly that was not the case. I was surrounded by people on their laptops (volume on) with continuous noise. Then whoever was in charge of the cafe music was constantly changing the track after 10-20 seconds of play which left me feeling totally not relaxed. I had my drink as a take out and I don't think I'll return....
