Visited on Saturday 3rd May. Parking is available in and around this small quaint restaurant, but it is a very busy road. The restaurant is very nicely decorated, although small it is very cosy and we were greeted by the lovey owner who is so nice and very friendly. We dont do starters, so i ordered the Lasagne which comes with a small salad and a couple of slices of Garlic bread. My wife opted for the Spaghetti Bolognese and a side order of Garlic Bread. They have a choice of bottled beers but nothing on tap, and my wife had a malibu and coke, both of which were lovely and cold. The restaurant wasnt overly busy but had a nice atmosphere, and the toilets were lovely and clean. The food arrived quite quickly and was presented very nicely, we were offered more Parmesan. My Lasagne although quite small was very tasty and the Garlice bread was delicious and the salad lovey and fresh with a drizzle of Balsamic. My wife enjoyed her spaghetti bolognese but commented that the dish needed alot more sauce. I cannot fault the decor, the service, the friendliness of the staff and the food was lovely, we just thought the portions could have been a little larger, but would highly recommend a visit to this gem of an Italian restaurant. The dessert menu has a lovely choice too, but we had some cakes at home or we would have definately opted for the Tiramisu. We will be back for a repeat visit soon. They also offer a breakfast menu which...
Read moreI moved to Northampton recently. Went for a lunch here with my girlfriend and could not have been more impressed. The owner Irvin was friendly welcoming and walked us through the food, even showing us videos of him preparing the sauces for his pasta which he does daily. The olive oil was home made from their own farms. Food was fresh, delicious, and well priced. We had some sharing plates: The bruschetta, the charcuterie board and the caprese salad and the tiramisu. The bruschetta could have been a little bigger. But that could also be that we enjoyed it so much and wanted more. We will definitely be going back, their breakfast looks amazing and we are excited to try. This is a great little family business, if you live in the area I recommend. Support local business, they will deliver on the...
Read moreWent there for my Birthday and had the warmest reception from any restaurant owner I have ever gotten. He talked to us all throughout the night and we had some great laughs with him, incredibly friendly service. The food was absolute perfection, they serve the nicest Chicken Caesar salad you will ever try in your life, the Risotto is just as nice as any risotto I tried whilst in Italy, and if you would like to try a Tiramisu nicer than any restaurant found in Italy, YOU MUST TRY THE TIRAMISU HERE! The tiramisu is pure heaven, I won’t shut up about it, he was telling us how he makes them handmade, some of my friends had never tried tiramisu before said it was the most delicious desert they’ve ever had. I would just go again for the Tiramisu. Thanks for making my Birthday a...
