Firstly, I would like to highlight that I never write reviews(this is my first!). I just read your response to my friend Alaa Hossam' review. I find your response bizarre and the response lack any managerial skills.

Customers waiting for 50 minute is proving the point Alaa is flagging. Customers waiting for food after long day would estimate the time as 2hours becuaee simply we are not using stopwatches to check how fast the food will be served. To try to falsely discrete a review is bizarre. She stated her experience and I could see others giving similar reviews about your staff rudness. What you should do as a manager is working on your staff sothat your place receives better reviews and bring you Customers. Alaa gave you an honest review, she praised the food and you should have seen this.

I was the person that discussed with you your staff behaviour and how he spoke to me. Initially, you didn't pay any attention to what I was saying about your waiter. When I asked you to tell me what I just said to you. Your face was blank becuase you were not attentive at all to what I was saying which made me question your attitude and ask you if you were pretending to listen and had no intention to act on the complaint.

To correct something in alaa review, you never offered a discount, the bill was for example £167 so I was charged only £160.

Finally, I could assure you that none of the three families that you saw on your CCTV or their children will visit your resturant again. Good food, bad service.

We were here the same night and had a completely different experience from what the last 2 reviewers described, which wouldn’t surprise me if they are both the same people/table. While we were there, the service was attentive and professional. The staff were friendly, promptly taking our orders and ensuring we had everything we needed. Our plates and cutlery were placed gently and respectfully on the table, contrary to the claims of "slapping" them down as described by the last reviewer. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chips, and all were served hot and fresh. The food quality was excellent, and we were more than satisfied with our meal. Throughout our visit, the staff checked on us regularly, and we noticed they were equally attentive to other diners. Regarding the allegations of slow service and unbothered staff from the previous reviewer, we did not witness any such issues. The restaurant seemed well-managed, and the team appeared committed to providing a positive dining experience.
