Barrow Take Away — Restaurant in England

Ordered a meal a couple of weeks ago after asking about on Facebook and this takeaway being reccomended. We spent over £25 and were told that the meal would be delivered in thirty minutes. 40 mins late the meal arrived stone cold. The chicken balls were burnt to a crisp, there was no rice and the whole thing was just a complete disaster. I rang up to complain and was assured that they were very sorry and that our next meal would be free. Tonight i rang up and ordered the same meal only to be told that it was only the chicken balls that were free. Then was given some extremely bad customer service by a different girl to the one from the original complaint. This place needs to sort itself out. If you have no intention of getting peoples orders right or ensuring the food arrives on time or at the very least warm , then you should state this on your adverts. Also don't arrange for replacement meals to be given where there is a complaint when you have no intention of upholding your good will gesture. Send your staff for customer service training and your cooks for a chinese culinary course. The...

Ordered food last night after being highly recommended to me. Food was very bland and I was handed a soggy bag at the door. Salt and pepper chips may as well have been normal chips, struggled to get them out the bag as it was soaking wet and the chips were all stuck together. Placed the bag on my dining room table while we got plates out and it left the table soaking. I tried ringing up however no answer. Proceeded to eat as much of the food as possible while covering it in sauce but then unwell for the past 12 hours...

Went there yesterday 25/04/2021. Staff were first too busy trying to sort out the till and get it working, I was just about to turn around and come out, then they asked if I had order, I said no, they then Took my order. Staff couldn’t understand the word mushrooms? After ordering, waited for Order and took it home only to be met by lots of onions, 3 strips of chicken ( for a chicken curry) and the most watery tasteless sauce you could imagine. ( I could probably pee thicker) Any how’s, will not be going there again....
