We ordered a takeaway with Bianco online with a minimum wait of 30 minutes. Once I ordered I called to see if they could do this any quicker as we were close by, the lady on the phone said she could do 5 minutes earlier for collection at 16:00. When I arrived at 16:00, a customer ahead of me ordered two pizzas. His pizzas were made and ready before ours which makes me believe they had not even started cooking ours. Our order was then ready at 16:15, after sitting waiting for 15 minutes following a preorder almost 45 minutes prior. There were 3 members of staff stood around my order before it came to me so it seemed clear there was an issue with the order but nothing was said to me. We ordered the calzone with pepperoni and some onion rings. When we got home and cut into the calzone they had not added the pepperoni. We paid extra money to have that added and it was not included. The fillings that were in there were very slim. Frustrating as no one at the restaurant apologised or acknowledged the wait but we were hungry so let it lie to then get home and find the order was wrong.

Random stop and popped in for a late lunch. They were obviously going to be busy but asked if an hour slot would be okay (which it was) & sat me down. The restaurant is bigger than it looks & it is absolutely worth a visit, either on your own, as a couple or with the family. I didn't feel out of place, eating alone, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and despite the restaurant and staff being busy, I felt I was looked after. The food was excellent. I had prawns wrapped in salmon (and they were not shy with the portions) and a chicken, prawn & pasta dish which was beautiful. They have specials boards and plenty options for kids if they want something a bit more basic. The staff were friendly, professional and the kitchen is open so you can see the preparation and cooking area. Espresso was served with iced water (without asking.) Overall, a relaxed, tasty marvellous 50 minutes. I'll definitely be back with a significant other at night. Highly recommended.

We had prebooked a table, so upon arrival, the restaurant was very busy, so we just had a few minutes waiting by the bar, and then we were shown to an upstairs dining room ... and it was nothing like downstairs and more like a low-end cafe. I didn't accept this, and after a few minutes, a decent chap who I think was the manager said he would sort out a table in the main restaurant, which he did 👍 Now to the food , from starters to mains we all ate well ( black pudding , loaded skins, pizza etc etc ) so full credit to the kitchen for some very good food. Staff were nice, prices reasonable. I would have scored as 5☆ but deducted one for the upstairs room ( really needs sorting out) apart from that all good.

Get the customers in and get them out fast. If you want to be rushed out, go to this restaurant. I attended this restaurant with my friend for a birthday celebration only to be rushed out the restaurant while still eating my main course. I understand the restaurant is busy and tables are required, however on two occasions I was interrupted during my main course asking if my plate could be taken away. Absolutely unacceptable. Also I overheard the restaurant manager telling another member of staff that the table behind us has to be cleared and he needs to get rid of the customers on that table as they had only just finished the meal. The attitude of the management is disgusting and appears to be angry and money grabbing. We felt very uncomfortable as the manager was constantly walking up and down trying to rush people out and pressure them to finish the meals. If you really require a relaxing meal avoid this restaurant. I am not one to complain but it spoilt my special occasion. I will not be returning and I will inform all my friends of the unacceptable service (get them in and get them out) the quicker the tables are filled the quicker the targets are met then get rid of them. The restaurant manager also asked the customers on the table opposite to leave as they just finished the meal and had to rush the drinks down. Honestly the attitude is appalling. Customer service is absolutely critical in running a restaurant business and you certainly should make the customer feel welcome creating a fine balance.

We normally come here a lot and love it but this time we came my gran offered a meal and my dad got the 2 courses for 14.95, I asked the lady if we could do half on half for the pizza as I wasn’t that hungry so I was going to share the pizza with him. The pizza came, all fine. I decided I didn’t like the pizza on my side so I ordered my self my own pizza and chips instead. When we got the bill the pizza and starter my dad had was not included in the deal. I asked why and she said it’s because the deal was per person. So because we planned to share the deal that meant it wasn’t valid. I wasn’t aware of this however when Id ordered I asked if we could have half and half pizza and I asked if the half and half pizza was in the deal and the lady said yes, so I assumed she knew that meant we were going share the pizza which at that point she never informed me “oh but if you share it won’t be in the deal”

So just because I had one bite of my dad’s pizza it automatically made it not in the deal because sharing apparently means it’s not “per person”. ONE BITE.

Bearing in mind I ordered a whole other meal anyway and didn’t even end up sharing my dad’s food.

We were skint and gave our selfs a £50 budget to which it ended up exceeding because of this. We always go because of the deals and great food but I was disgusted they didn’t even think to honour it considering I ended up buying my own separate meal anyway.

I’m fuming and won’t be coming again they’ve...

Bizarre experience when part-way through our meal we were told we couldn't order any more drinks and we, and everyone else in the restaurant, had to eat-up and leave within five minutes. The waitress declined to give us reason but on the way thanked us for our understanding, unfortunately, as we hadn't been given any kind of explanation, we really didn't understand at all. Won't be back, Uno Momento was better anyway.

Edit in response to the restaurant's reply: The issue isn't that you had to close, it's how the situation was handled that was completely peculiar and left us dumbfounded.

The person who told us the restaurant had to close said it in such a way that we thought it was a joke at first, until we were refused more drinks.

We weren't given an apology or any kind of explanation other than "you have to leave in like five minutes". This was said before we'd been fully served our food and had we realised it wasn't a joke, we'd have preferred to just pay for the drinks we'd had and leave to eat somewhere where we could enjoy food and drink with a better atmosphere and without feeling rushed to the point we didn't finish our food.

Totally and completely unacceptable and weird. I reiterate, we...
