Regency Pizza — Restaurant in England

Have used regency pizza to order food the last 3 times I have ordered take and to be honest the service is absolute rubbish the first time we ordered they said food would. E 45 mins which is standard delivery time fair enough an hour passed and still no food so phoned shop and they gave it the usual chat that your food is just leaving shop fair enough can live with that only if it was true I could have walked from there shop in the time my food arrived an hour and 45 mins after ordered it and when used them again it was exactly the same and tonight when ordered at 430 which is just opening time my order came and it was the wrong order I could understand if it was a busy time but they had just opened so there should be no excuses for getting the order wrong at this time of night and I can say this that I will never ever use this joke shop of a pizza shop ever again they think cod they have been around the longest that customer care is a little priority now u need to sort your shops out cos they are all the same have had the same trouble with your shop in thirsk...

Really poor service to be honest! Placed the order online well within the count down timer you also have on the website.... branch rang me up to say they don’t deliver past 10 after you already took my money.

I’d suggest you alter your opening times etc on the website, Facebook, google etc! Because it’s all wrong. Sad to see another review on here from the Northallerton branch also where a guy had the same experience as me only to be told you don’t delivery past 10.30 😂 make your mind up.

I visited with my mate Tom Barron who also felt the same about his takeaway. 😡How would your shop workers remember us? We came in person to your Northallerton shop near Tesco and why would we be giving our name when buying a Kebab.
