It asks for your delivery address so I entered my friends address since we were at hers. They ended up delivering it to the account address instead . The driver then had to call 3 times to confirm where we were. And it took him 25 minutes from when he delivered it to the wrong place to get 3 roads up to us. Food was cold and stale, coffee freezing and milkshake melted. When I tried to talk to them about it they said they would call back and never did. Next day I called again and they didn't even apologise, just said I have to change my account details EVERY TIME I order, DESPITE them actually asking for your delivery address before checkout. Terrible service
UPDATE: After recieving an alarming number of missed calls from the delivery driver, which resulted in him harassing me over the phone about my review. And I can only assume the same person wrote this review because the driver also stated there was nowhere to input a delivery address and his words were "I'd like to see this so called screenshot" in which I sent BLT several messages about the harassing calls I had received and proceeded to send them screenshots of their own website showing how they ask for delivery address. Despite the delivery driver insinuating I was lying. I sent photos, these were seen by BLT and I never received a response. So not only was the food late and cold, I was the harassed over the phone by the delivery driver (this was concerning and I was even adviced by fellow family and friends to report this, because that is NOT normal behaviour) and despite me providing proof, I'm yet to be told otherwise. Worst business I have ever dealt with. And had they only acted with decency and been professional, I wouldn't not have left s bad review. But now I make sure everyone knows how BLT treated us. And the crazy/weird delivery driver who felt it appropriate to call many times to shout and be rude to me over the phone. Which I have recorded should anyone...
Read moreMixed bag. First time I ordered from here, everything came and was very good. Second time I ordered, they forgot chips from my order. Not a big deal but kind of annoying. Third time, they didn't deliver a burger and chips within the hour (the estimated delivery time) so I called up to inquire. Was told it would be another 40 minutes at least. Had to cancel because no matter how good the burger was gonna be, it was not gonna be worth the near 2 hour wait. The staff were genuinely apologetic, so I do have to give them props, I'd imagine they got backed up and couldn't cope. Nonetheless, I would be very careful ordering from here because when the food arrives, it's pretty good, but whether it arrives in a reasonable timeframe or whether you get what you ordered seems to be a bit of a crapshoot.
EDIT: 13 days and still no refund. Didn't respond to my messages. Down to one star. Gonna ring up Datman Ltd. and see what they can do and if that doesn't work, I'll be doing a chargeback. Bit...

I have ordered so much food from BLT and enjoyed every single bit (some items were not what I have originally ordered) but still so very tasty and hot on delivery. I have contacted the customer service and told them I've not received what I ordered and they were very pleasant and kind to help with the issue. The only thing I could possibly complaint about is the bread that comes with the soup. It's just a normal/cheap untoasted slice of bread. Perhaps nice toasted sourdough or as such would be better?! ☺️ The delivery driver was smiley happy chap which is nice to see.
