We've been to Bodega 18 a few times now and our experiences have been consistently positive. The staff are very helpful, without being intrusive, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The menu isn't extensive but there's a decent range of meat, fish and vegetarian options (although if you don't eat meat or fish at all you're likely to be disappointed).

For our last meal we paired a nice white Rioja with meatballs, cannelloni, sardines and calamari. On the side we enjoyed patatas bravas, aubergine and bread with olives. The last one was surprisingly good (with fresh, warm bread) and all of the dishes were tasty. We did also try the fried prawns which were less successful and maybe frying isn't a forte of Bodega 18?

As other reviewers have noted the restaurant is on the expensive side with prices more typical of London. For four people, with a bottle of wine and a cocktail, the total was £150 without the service charge. So definitely not a cheap meal out but nevertheless it made a nice change from...

Disappointed in the range of options.. all allergens marked so obviously aware but that left almost nothing I could eat as almost all the meat and fish and other dishes have dairy in them. There were literally no dairy free deserts.. ! Staff seemed completely disinterested and just laughed when I asked. I should have realised as they cancelled my friends booking when they enquired about vegan options. Used to go to this restaurant regularly under previous ownership where attention to detail and service was fantastic from greeting to options.. just a few small tweeks in the menu and the way staff respond and it would be great.Tapas restaurants are normally great for dietary differences as so much choice but this one seems unaware despite...

It's a decent restaurant that serves some resonable dishes at reasonable prices. There were no dishes that I would say were particularly amazing but also none which I disliked. The best dish we had was the Pollock. The dressing and the meat on the soft shell crab were lovely but we ate the soft shell as they said it was edible and in hindsight I think it would be better without the shell. I would strongly recommend the raspberry mojito cocktail- it was excellent.

The servers were very friendly and were happy to answer a couple of questions I had (about the cocktails and the music playlist). The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a good vibe- the excellent playlist...

Phenomenal place. Booked to eat here while we were staying in Falmouth for my husbands birthday. We had a seat upstairs and it really felt special. The waiting staff were excellent, and very attentive. All were smiley and very approachable. We absolutely loved the dishes, choosing around 6 (which we found plenty) and a fine bottle of Pinor Noir. This has to be the best tapas we've eaten - everything was cooked to perfection. We especially loved the pigs cheeks! Thank you for a wonderful experience - we only wish we'd had room left to try some deserts!

First time visiting Falmouth and always feel apprehensive about booking restaurants in new places without word of mouth recommendations, but our expectations were greatly exceeded. The food and service was fantastic. We particularly loved the bread, smoked anchovies and lamb. Our only criticism was that even though the pork cheek was cooked beautifully, the flavour wasn't as flavoursome as the other dishes. Will definitely return if we ever visit Falmouth again. Great new years eve, thank.you!
