Popped in to Breeze lounge for breakfast midweek. Such a nice bright and airy space. The breakfast I had was delicious! Egg benedict with bacon perfectly seasoned, and the freshly brewed coffee was a great way to start the day. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. A great little place right on my doorstep.

Friday 1pm in January. Quickly shown to a table. Around ⅓ tables occupied, but most seemed to have had meals already. Took way too long to be offered menus and drinks. Ordered burgers, but these were entered in the system incorrectly, so we got a different burger from that expected. Food itself was good and reasonable portion size. Due to poor service at start we are in two minds whether to return, especially with the better service from adjacent places.

First time in and I couldn't recommend it enough. I lovely place to enjoy good food and drink. We shared the baked Camembert to start - amazing! Loads of bread to dip in. Then I had the beef bourguignon - what a wonderful dish. One of those beautiful, home cooked classics with loads of mash. Epic. My partner had the Seabass and saffron potatoes. Really nice. Beautifully cooked fish! Defo worth a look if you want somewhere good to eat in Blyth.

This place is a brilliant venue food was great & service was good too - only we had a less than positive experience when it came to service & thinking that protecting a well deserved rating this should be voiced to save future people from feeling underwhelmed and undervalued. This for myself was a working lunch, after my guest and I ordered at 11:45 our food was still to be served at quarter to one, we did receive an apology, however it was laden with excuses as to why it had happened and almost shifting some accountability on to us for time we arrived - it may not have been intentional but it felt like a side step to buffer what had actually occured. What had occurred was our order hadn't been passed to the kitchen so we sat watching other customers being served...wondering why sandwiches are taking so very long .. in terms of an apology full accountability should have been taken without hesitation & I honestly feel other venues would have said those drinks are on the house or here's a slice of cake ... something to warrant the huge mistake & impact on our time - usually I always leave a tip ... Usually we would have ordered a coffee perhaps dessert ... I usually would revisit .. but after this I feel a bit underwhelmed myself .. especially when paying nearly £40 for two sandwiches and two soft drinks .. think there should be a team talk on managing this type of event before the reputation of this venue declines through these types of mistakes .. venue is beautiful staff are friendly food is good 👍🏽 parking...

We went to breeze for breakfast for the first time today. We were initially told there was a wait for food which was not a problem and we were happy to wait. After about 15 minutes we asked how the service operated as we had had no further communication and were told it was table service. We waited a further 10 minutes but no one acknowledged our table. After seeing other people ordering from the bar we then assumed it was not in fact table service and got up to order. We then waited over 40 minutes for hot drinks and 2 drinks from the table were missing. When I queried it I was told rather abruptly that the place was extremely busy and the reason for not receiving all of the drinks together was due to ordering different milks. This did not make sense as the 2 drinks that did arrive were oat and cows milk. When the 2 remaining drinks finally arrived, they unfortunately weren’t exactly what we ordered due to allergies. Upon informing the restaurant waitress of this, she huffed and walked away. We then heard her asking the bar staff for another drink who quite openly was very unhappy and gave us some rather unfriendly looks. Again I appreciate it was busy but if you can’t handle stress with a smile, you should not be working in hospitality. The food finally arrived after over 60 minutes which was quite average for the price. Dunelm does a far better full English for half the price. Overall, a very disappointing first visit to breeze. We unfortunately will...

Came in Yesterday for a coffee at my Dads suggestion and I'm glad we did! We had coffee and a scone apiece which were excellent and warmed for us served with butter on the side and a mini pot of TipTree Jam and served quickly.

Today we decided that it was time for a breakfast treat and to come in again to see what their main menu food was like, I had the Northumbrian Breakfast which was excellent and brought out in a timely manner, on the plate were two cumbrian style sausages which were wonderfully meaty with very little filler, two rashers of delicious and perfectly cooked thick cut back bacon, a fried egg, slice of spot on black pudding, hash brown and beans, topped off with a grilled tomato and slice of toast.

Dad demolished his Eggs Benedict with the same kind of bacon as I had, it looked fabulous and beautifully presented but as we were hungry, we devoured our food before I had a chance to take any pictures, just a great excuse (not that I need one!) To come back and try more of their excellent food!

It does get busy here so booking a table is highly recommended.

Two inconsequential things for me but easy to remedy, I think they should offer a bigger option for the breakfast with an extra sausage, egg, bacon slice and hash brown for the larger appetite. Please, please, please, bring the coffees to the table ahead of food as that will settle the minds of the customers waiting for their...
