Broccoli Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in England

Food is prepared in front of you which I like, we ordered beef biriani meal(meals come with a can of drink and garlic bread side) a pasta meal with chicken, kids nuggets and we're told to wait till after the food was cooked to order sides, sides were kicking chicken wings, wedges and mozzarella sticks, kids meal with only Nuggets sweet and drink, and cost just under £30. Beef biriani was horrid, I saw the server toss together some veggies and rice in a pan and dump about 4/5 heaped teaspoons of curry powder in it, it tasted only of the curry spice, the (beef) and use the term beef lightly was tastlelss and had the consistency of tinned ham My partners pasta had two heaped ladles of pesto and and about 1 and a half tablespoons of mozzarella(extra mozzarella is £1) apart from the strong taste of pesto it was pretty bland we were told the sides of garlic bread and all of the chicken would be 8 minutes(we felt they could have asked us for the sides while preparing the mains) my 2 yr old was screaming the place down in hunger/frustration and over 15 minutes later the sides and kids meal (including the garlic bread that's supposed to come with the meal) came and it wasn't busy, there were two ppl working there) the kids nuggets weren't to terrible, the kicking chicken wings were pretty tasteless, the wedges were OK and the mozzarella sticks were tastlelss, garlic bread didn't even taste faintly of garlic, more like very very plain bland mozzarella on a thin pizza base, I would say 2 out of ten for value taste and service, won't be wasting my...

Broccoli recently provided the food for my son’s birthday party on Saturday, 13th September at High Score Arcade, and I was so impressed with their service from start to finish.

When I first called to enquire, the staff were extremely professional and helpful. They invited me to come in ahead of time to make sure I placed the order correctly, so they would have the right amount of dough prepared for the day. I was given clear instructions on how to order once I arrived for the party, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

On the day, after the children had settled, I placed the order in person. The ladies accommodated me perfectly, the food was prepared promptly, and everything was ready, lovely and hot, right on time. The children thoroughly enjoyed it — the pizzas were absolutely delicious!

I would definitely recommend Broccoli and will be using them again in the future.

I am very in satisfied. The pizza dough instead contained a hair, and the whole pizza was burnt. I ordered other food as well from them and when I contacted them I spoke to the restaurant saying I an appalled by the hygiene and would like a full refund and they can collect all their food. As a busy doctor I did not have the time nor trust to want to go and collect a new pizza. I was offered the option to come and collect a new pizza which I was not satisfied with or alternative have a full refund if I rang back. On ringing back and requesting the manager (Prakash Gonna), a member spoke to him and informed me he is currently out of town but I could request a refund from Uber Eats. Again, Uber eats does not have a phone number to easily be able to do this so although I have submitted a help form, I am very in satisfied with the hygiene and service...
