Chopstix - Swindon — Restaurant in England

I really like noodles in Chopstix and have tried many times in last few months, But today I really disappointed by the behaviour of the lady (Rillian)who served me noodles. I mistakenly asked for Thai Vegetable curry instead of Vegetable Curry, To make sure I asked again whether this curry is vegetarian before she picking up the curry. The lady didn’t reply and continue to add Thai chicken curry on top of noodles. Then replied that it is Chicken. I was shocked and said I need vegetarian and I don’t want chicken. She said its not my problem…I served only what you said. She was only hurrying but not listening properly from the beginning. Added to it, Without listening even a word from me she keep saying that it is not my problem…you must pay for this. Since there was big queue behind me, I ended up ordering another Vegetable curry noodles and am forced to pay for both “Thai Chicken curry noodles” and Vegetable curry noodles. She didn’t listen my order fully from the beginning and started preparing noodles when she got term “Thai” from my mouth. Once the queue cleared, I went back and asked her name politely. The colleague of her was asking the reason, This lady didn’t even allow me to talk and listen what I am trying to explain. Very rudely she keep repeating her name again and again. Pathetic and worst customer service. I have never seen such a bad customer service anywhere. I don’t think so I will visit...

This place used to be really good, great food and little to no wait time, however after yet another disappointing meal I'm giving up. The items themselves often arrive wrong or altogether missing, if they even arrive at all (a previous order took near 2 hours to prepare which is just appalling).

The quality of food is quite high (though a customer favourite katsu chicken has recently been removed), but this is tarnished by the preparation time, meaning it is often cold on arrival.

Overall, if you can avoid the midday rush and happen to be in town centre it's a good place to eat, but if you are relying on delivery be aware they will make you and the driver wait to the point you start...

Food is great!! the times are completely wrong I am here now at 10.14am and they are not open gentleman said open at 11am, says 9.00am opens on Google last time I asked a member of staff what time it opens she said 10am.... Sounds like they just making times up. I have also found just as they do open there is only a few dishes cooked never stir fry beef my favourite and again near the end of shift they don't bother making anymore which gets annoying as I love the food so much so much potential and I have heard the staff being blunt and sometimes inpatient with the customers who don't know how things work shouting at...
