Burg 'N' Ice — Restaurant in England

Absolutely shocking. I understand places get busy at the weekend but this was ridiculous! I ordered food for delivery at 7:30pm & by 8:45pm I was starting to think it wasn’t coming. I rang the store and just asked them to confirm they definitely had my order. The gentleman I spoke to was rude & short with me saying he’s busy. I asked how long it was going to be & he said it will hopefully leave the shop in the next 15 minutes. I accepted and understood that they were busy. I called back again half an hour later, so now the food has taken over 2 hours to come asking if it had even left the shop yet, the man replied no. So I decided to cancel the order at this point. Me and my partner left the house to go and pick food up elsewhere as we were obviously still starving! Half an hour later so we’re on over 3 hours since I originally ordered now, the delivery driver starts ringing me. I answered and he was rude. Basically having a go because I wasn’t answering the door. I explained I had cancelled the order over 40 minutes ago. Finally he accepted & that was that! Poor service & absolutely rubbish communication from staff on all parts. Will not be ordering from...

Food was nice but let down by a few things a lot of gristle in the burger not good may have been unlucky? But the size of the milkshakes is a joke for £6.99 a milkshake the size of a can! (should be £3 for the size of it) other places there £5 but twice the size!! Paid over £40 for 2 burgers 2 milkshakes 🤷🏼‍♂️ felt like I’d been robbed with that size milkshake literally size of a can of Coke for £7 🤪 (edit…..after cheeky reply)

Firstly your claiming your milkshakes are competitively priced but there half the size of “other smash burger places” (12oz)actually is the size of a can of coke! £6.99 for a can of coke sized milkshake And yes my bill was 40£ with delivery joke why you questioning how much iv spent like you don’t believe me? Cheeky so now 1 star…
