One of, if not the best cafe in Northwich.

THE STAFF Warm, friendly and welcoming to a point where you feel like you’re putting your feet up at your best friends house. Can you get anymore welcomed than this? Also very well trained on kids. Offering chairs, knowing to place cutlery and food away from them. Knowing how to make them laugh or even offering to take the odd photo for mums etc..

THE FOOD Top quality food, drinks and desserts at cheap, realistic prices. Offering a whole selection of foods to satisfy any pallet. Everything I’ve ordered from this place has melted in my mouth, followed by a layer of tastes. This isn’t your ordinary food place and I take my hat off to the chefs.

ATMOSPHERE Nice, chatty, friendly atmosphere inside for the chatterboxes or nice and quiet outside or near the door inside for the readers.

Nice food and the staff are all lovely. However I was very unhappy to witness who was seemingly the owner of the cafe berating his employee for speaking her native language whilst she was in the kitchen. He did so right next to our table and quite loudly. I thought this was incredibly inconsiderate towards his employee, who had given us excellent customer service. No matter your policies, having a go at your staff like that is unnecessary! Especially in front of customers. Of course maybe some context was missing but to our table it was not a nice thing to witness. So that’s unfortunately put a damper on the otherwise...

I walked in to get 2 coffees to go. Waited at the till area I wasn't even served the ladies at the till looked at me as if i was lost. Lady at the till walked off not asked if i needed to be served and continued to just look at me. I had to ask if i was going to be served only for them to tell me they have so many orders to take which was not communicated to me. To top it off this was communicated to me in a very rude manner. No apology was offered so I decided to go elsewhere for my coffee. I will not be visiting again it’s a shame as I always sit in there during the week when...
