We don't often come into Northwich town centre anymore and we had intended to eat elsewhere when we saw this cafe. It was rammed inside which we thought had to be a good sign and we managed to get a table thankfully.

The food was absolute top notch 👌 My partner had the Turkish breakfast with a Turkish coffee and I had the avocado on sourdough bread with an iced mocha. Both were really well presented and tasted amazing. Could not believe how good mines was. Both eggs were perfectly cooked so the yolk burst out of it even though I'm a slow eater and the second egg was sitting for a bit haha and the sourdough bread wasn't too tough to cut which I often have issues with.

The service throughout was so friendly and the staff were engaging with us. They checked in with us and chatted with us about how to take the Turkish coffee but were not at all overbearing. It felt like they really cared about what they were doing and wanted to share the Turkish cuisine with us.

To finish us off, we took away some Baklava, a pot of Turkish delight and a slice of cheesecake which were also divine.

Highly recommend- 12/10,...

Food was just incredible, and the service was great and really fast. This is actually the first place we've eaten since moving to Northwich and I think it's going to be hard to beat!

The Turkish eggs were probably the best I've had, and the bread that came with them was amazing. My partner had the full English and said it was absolutely delicious. Didn't manage to get a picture of that before he ate it though. Homemade desserts were perfect - we had intended to just grab a quick lunch but both ended up having desserts!

Can't wait to...

What an incredible Bistro offering some of the best traditional Mediterranean food but also your usual staples. The Cakes, oh my god, are like they've been transported straight from Great British Bake Off - OUTSTANDING and all homemade!!

The vibe is cosy, clean, fresh and friendly with each patron making conversation with each other (usually about how good the food is!). I've been here over 4 times now and every time gets better, a repeat customer here for sure!

Thank you for the amazing food and friendly warm...

We had a breakfast at Gaia. What an amazing place and staff. Staff organised highchair for our baby so 3 of us enjoyed the food. My husband lived in Turkey with Erasmus program for half a year so he always misses Turkish food! He said that Turkish breakfast were amazing. Especially the sausage and simit. I ordered Eggs Benedict. It was perfect. Enjoyed every bit. My chai latte were amazing. Beautiful and cozy place. It so nice to have this place in our town. Thank you for such a great experience.
