Normally I do not have any problem with eating at Burger King I get along with the managers and some of the staff I come to Burger King a lot I enjoy it but yesterday was probably the worst experience I’ve had so I parked the car my mrs ran in to order as we were in a rush I’ve walked in my mrs is still ordering. the girl that was serving her didn’t have a clue on what she was doing she tried to charge us for something we didn’t even want which was a extra fiver it took 10-15 mins just to order food as she didn’t even know what we wanted although we explained it 3 times got there in the end she’s then stood in the kitchen area playing with her hair while the others are working hard and she’s just stood there she realises we’re still stood there grabs a bag and sticks the label on it and on my life she read this label 5 times and still got it wrong she comes over with one meal and I said is something missing she said no I said one meal between two of us ? She said oh right walked off in a huff I wasn’t rude or anything but she definitely was she then brings a burger over in a bag no chips or a drink and we’re like ok and the rest of it then the chips came over in another bag and she gave us the drink and I said thank you I asked her if she’s alright as she seemed lost and she said Yh and walked off no apology no nothing just carried on standing there playing with her hair and I said sorry where’s our mayo dips and she said something under her breath I don’t know what and rolled her eyes and gave us 3 mayo dips in a separate bag so we’ve now got 4 bags for two meals we sit down start eating and she’s calling our number again and looking at us so we go over and the bacon loaded fries and extra bag of chips she tried to charge us for and didn’t because we didn’t want them were in this bag and were like ok then I think her name was Lucy or something im not sure but what a experience that was the worst I’ve had 100% hopefully it’s just a one off as I never have any...
Read moreNot worth it using the drive though at this place, we were only 3 cars in the que so nothing major but the place was moving so slow, it was unreal, no word of a lie, just over 20 minutes it took me to order, being the second car, the third car in line reversed out and left, I presume he had enough of waiting! I would of done the same if my daughter wasn't hungry and fancied a burger king for a while now so I decided to treat her here. The food was nice, she said that she enjoyed everything which was good but the whole problem was the place had only one staff taking orders, then the same person was moving to the next window to take the payment and then the same person was cooking the food ordered plus the same person was cooking and serving inside the restaurant as well, bless her, she looked washed out and seemed to me like she had enough of the place, the way she was, talking and so on, I don't blame her one bit, I would be feeling the same if I would had to do literally everything... hopefully they will sort out whatever staff issue they might be having but for that reason and the extremely long waiting time from start till finish (30 odd minutes) we will definitely not be returning to this...

I live maybe 2 mins from the restaurant but, when I got home and started my meal, it was FREEZING cold, looked like it had been thrown together my Optimus Prime wearing Marigolds, and was totally disgusting. The same horrible crud that usually arrives via Just Eat. So, it's NOT the delivery guys fault, it's actually the staff in the restaurant itself. The Manager needs to get a grip of the situation before he loses his franchise. The service at the drive through was pitiful, slow, slap dash and not one member of the staff had a clue what they were doing or had any customer skills.
