Read moreWhere do I start? Been a customer and app user since it opened. From my original rating have got to gauge that since its launch this site has gone downhill. Cold food (fries twice on last visit even after waiting extra 10 minutes after returning original portion), no coke in the clearly branded 2x machines (yes I did wait for the machine), staff listening to the sport on the radio (clearly audible in the dining area), inextricably long service despite Uber eats (other delivery services are available) getting priority over my 20minute wait (there was no other drive through at this point either or customers parked outside as other reviewers have written about and I have witnessed), I could go on...the saving grace is the app and the offers available to a regular like myself. However putting up with the above and a lot more makes me question my spending there and gaining loyalty points. I don't usually write pitiful reviews, rarely over a couple of sentences however this place definitely has made me want to vent. Make of that...
Read moreThursday 31 August 2023 15.30 The place was empty when I walked in, and no cars in the drive thru.I was initially seen by a quiet fair haired young woman who seemed to be new to the job. A more experienced ,seemingly angry youngish woman with curly black hair took over. Before asking for my order she asked if I was paying by cash or card. I sensed her confrontational manner , so said 'either way, whatever suits you.' and produced a card and a £20 note from my pocket. That triggered her anger. She said in an argumentative way that it isn't an issue for her, but it obviously was ,so I said in a quiet tone that she doesn't seem to understand about customer service. The volcano erupted . Her eyes bulging, she angrily said she 'knows all about customer service'. At this point I thought ' I don't have to put up with this, best to get out of here', so I said 'keep it', and walked out.
