DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!!
I have ordered a few times from this restaurant before and usually I have had no issues. But the absolute monstrosity of the order I have just received has prompted me to lose my review writing virginity.
I have just placed an order, and after having spent a little over 3 hours worth of wages on a meal for myself and my family, every single item in the bag was either missing or wrong.
Weâll start off light, they missed off a burger and 2 lots of fries entirely from the order, there goes the kidsâ happy faces.
This is where it starts to get down right funnyâŚ.. I ordered the plant based whopper meal, (I asked for no tomato as I have an allergy), Iâll give them their due there was no tomato on the burger, but the staff also decided of their own accord that Iâm indifferent to any form of garnish and instead slapped 2 bare patties (god knows if they were even plant based) into squashed bread buns, and called it a day. If i didnât know any different, Iâd think the burger had gone 3 rounds with Mike Tyson the state it arrived in, or that the cook has a personal vendetta towards anything plant based.
I also ordered 6 Chilli Cheese bites, and one of the comedians packing the order gave us 5. Iâd usually let this one slide, but not only did they give us 5, they thought theyâd get an extra laugh by writing â5â on the bag just to rub salt in the wounds. Iâll think of that next time I pay rent and shortchange my landlord for the heck of it!
Lastly I ordered a large portion of cheesy fries (being a veggie, itâs my one kryptonite), so having thrown the burger away, sneered at the chilli cheese bites, I thought this portion of cheesy fries would be the saving grace, alas I open the box (just to remind you Iâm vegetarian) and there it is, chopped up pork pieces all over the fries after I explicitly ensured I selected âCHEESE & FRIESâ.
I understand restaurants being busy, and it is a Saturday night, but the blatant ignorance and sheer incompetence of whomever made & packed this order is beyond me. I will not be eating at this...

While we visit occasionally due to my daughter's liking the occasional hamburger, the standard of service and cleanliness has declined noticeably. On several visits, significant portions of the dining area have been cordoned off, creating an impression of neglect. Furthermore, the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine consistently suffers from a lack of available flavour options. During our most recent visit, the quality of the food and service was unacceptable. The "Smokehouse Chicken" burger, priced over £10, was presented in a severely messy state. Crucially, the chicken fillet had been substituted by what appeared to be a cut to size/hand eaten portion of a Chicken Royale patty, seemingly forced to fit the bin, in a blatant attempt to pass it off as the correct item. When I raised this issue, the staff's response was dismissive and reluctant. They offered to remake the order, with a very bad attitude as if I was being unreasonable. I requested a refund instead since both our meals liked terrible. This refund was processed, but the staff failed to provide a receipt, leaving me with no record of the transaction. This lack of transparency and the overall poor quality of the experience, particularly the substandard and potentially unhygienic substitution of the chicken, have led me to conclude that I will not be returning.    Read moreBefore heading ofr to eat at the Thinford Burger King my wife and I ordered using the app. There was a "buy one get one free" offer on the day we went. I placed the order in the cart and then proceed to add sides and drinks. The app then said to click a button when we were about five minutes away. When I attempted to do that the button had disappeared. However I did receive a confirmation email which included the button. I clicked and nothing happend. When we arrived at the restaurant our order had not been received. I spoke with a member of staff who then asked the Manager to speak with us. We went through the process on the app again and couldn't find the button to confirm that we were five minutes away. We went through it again and eventually the confirm order button appeared in the app. Great, we thought and went to sit down. Soon after the manager brought out our order which to our surprise consistsed of nothing but the sides and drinks. The buy one get one free offer had not been added to the cart which meant that we had to order it again at the counter. While this is not a problem in itself it does beg the question, "What's the point of the app if it doesn't do what it's supposed to?" It's really not fit for purpose. Very poor.
The restaurant itself was fantastic and the Manager and Staff were so helpful so full marks to them but I'm afraid I can only give the app 1 out 10. It's difficult to navigate and doesn't work....
