Such bad experience! It doesn't deserve a star at all.
The manager or someone who claimed to be a manager tried to argue with me on an error that was made by her staff member that she even herself acknowledged.. what I said for my order and what was put through was not the same, rightfully so if you get the wrong order or something missing from your order you go back. I did this and she basically said you have to pay extra to get part of what SHOULD come with my order because the person who put the order through didn't understand what I said. I don't understand how I was supposed to know this ?? Please explain because when she said my order back she said it right..
This is not the first time I've had such issues with this KFC and each time I have to keep checking my order to make sure it's right because there is always something missing or wrong. But rather than rectify this its always I have to pay???!!
In any business attention to detail is important. And they should pay attention to detail and if wrong, acknowledge you are wrong and rectify the issue rather than try to argue with a paying customer who was not in the wrong AT ALL
I never even argued with the staff who said she was the manager and if I was someone else I would have left and drove off with missing items from my order which would mean they've earned extra money from stealing ???????

Read moreThis has to be the worst KFC in the whole of the UK. Every time we go the order is incorrect. After another local KFC having no gravy we thought we’d give it another try reluctantly. After waiting 20 minutes for food we were given a bag full of the incorrect order. Went inside and told them, and they said they had gave it to the wrong car. Then the man who’s food it was came in asking about his food and they handed him the bag without remaking it!! Even though we had touched it and took everything out. No apology given stood waiting a further 10-15 minutes for it to still be missing items/wrong when we got home.
