Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Lovely experience, very nice staff.

I wanted a mocha coffee but have been told in the past that it's not suitable for vegans. I asked again because I couldn't really see why it shouldn't be. The staff here very patiently checked this & I was happy to hear that it would be okay with soya milk, as long as I didn't have the cream topping - no problem. I enjoyed the drink very much & know what I'll be drinking on my next visit.

What made me especially grateful for this kindness was that, at other Starbucks, I've simply been told 'not suitable for vegans'. But from what I understand all Starbucks sell exactly the same products so, in future, I'll be ensuring the staff double check before saying no.

The place itself was quiet, very clean & tidy, a pleasant place for a trip out to meet some friends or for a break in your journey. If you're ever in their neck of the woods I would certainly recommend that you call in & experience it...

The women that work in this branch are the most useless I have ever come across. I live about 5 minutes and this is on the way to whatever job I have on so I stop every morning. Most mornings they decide they want to open up at different times and you can order on the app to the store and when you get there they are in but won’t serve you what you’ve ordered. 75% off the time when I ask for my drink they give me an extra shot off espresso not vanilla which at first was ok as I use the drive through in my truck which is loud so I figured it was a mistake but after having actual conversations with the people there who was serving me and them understanding well at least telling me they understand and then still to this day giving me the wrong coffee. Costa coffee closed due to poor staffing so no choice had to go to Starbucks instead... Zero disabled parking all spaces taken without anyone using a blue badge, eventually parked but having to walk further left me in a litttle pain.

Stood waiting in queue said to my partner couple of flys buzzing all over a tray of cakes in the display cover... Certainly changed my mind for a cake that's for sure..... Told the staff member who said nothing grabbed the cakes and threw them on a workspace only to return them after I'd been served..... Drinks took an absolute age to receive as they were serving the drive in instead of the queue in store..... Staff were very unhelpful didn't seem to care how we were and the icing on the cake? While parked someone's hit my car damaged it and drove away...... NEVER Again Starbucks...
