To be clear this review is not regarding the staff but the management, we were served by a great member of staff max who was clearly over whelmed by the amount of customer in the store but handled this professionally and calmly and was trying his best.
I cannot say the same for the women ‘manager’ who was absolutely disgusting. She was berating Max and shouting infront of the whole store, this was disgusting to witness and she showed no display of respect for the member of staff working there.
She was shouting regarding pay infront of customer causing a scene which clearly made the member of staff uncomfortable and customers. This is not only unprofessional but not her place as a manager who does not pay his pay out of her own pocket.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had and witness in subway, I have come away truly disgusted at the way she has treated her members of staff.

I visited on a busy Friday night and was stunned to see just one staff member working entirely alone. He was juggling a steady stream of in-store customers, a backlog of about 10 online orders, and a queue of Uber Eats and Just Eat drivers. Despite being under intense pressure, he handled it all with calm, professionalism, and impressive efficiency. He deserves serious recognition and praise for how well he managed such a chaotic situation.
But it’s absolutely disgraceful that management allowed this to happen. Leaving one person to deal with everything during peak hours is not just poor planning—it’s irresponsible. This is a clear failure in staffing and support.

Me and my partner visited on a Friday evening to collect an app order from this store. When we arrived we were shocked to see only one member of staff on shift, and he was quite obviously overwhelmed by the amount of orders he had received. When we spoke to him, he said that there was a huge back log and showed us the tickets.
