Burger Off — Restaurant in England

This is the place to go to for good food and Not the décor. Simple seating, but then your there to eat and enjoy the food.. Burgers are a work of art. HUGE choice and if you want something not on the menu or a change in the filling of a set burger, there happy to change it.

A wide range of shakes and various canned drinks. The meat patties are all freshly made buy a butcher and delivered daily. No added rubbish unlike major chain burger bars. Chunky chips that are crispy, and they use real Helmanns Mayo in the burgers and in the large dipping pots if you add one to your order. Not exactly the burger for some one trying to diet. lol. The guys who run the place are cheerful and work good as a team. Plus side, they now have a firm that will deliver their burgers locally. only down side that i can think of is that the parking is almost non existing. But if you driving and have a passenger to nip into the shop then its not really an issue. Just move on if you see a parking warden. ( I go by train when i visit, but long walk from the station, but then im ready for my meal and a sit down lol )

Check out You Tube for the various Chilli Burger challenges. XXX hot chilli sauce is used and you have to sign a Disclaimer before your order !!! Several people have ended up in hospital including two radio reporters who did and article on the hot burgers ..

Go and try the burgers, you might get hooked on them !! :) ...

Now for my standard ridiculous review.

So I found out Google Maps (rather creepily) has been tracking me for years with this "My Timeline" feature.

My first thought was "I wonder how many times I've been to Burger Off?!" (Probably not the correct response to being tracked unknowingly for years.. but hey, what am I if not a top tier Burger Off customer! I digress.)

Fear not trackerphobes! Google informed me I'd only been to Burger Off once, which can't be correct (I actually find it rather insulting, once? Really?) It also said this one visit lasted from the 10th-14th of June, 7 years ago.

What's the moral of the story? Well Google couldn't track a whale in a pool.. but if I had to spend 4 days in a burger place, Burger Off is the only one I'd consider.

100% luverly jubbly! Had a 1000 Island burger large fries and 2 mayo dips which is my usual at uncle Sam's, tried burger off for the 1st time as recommended by a friend and found the same price as uncle Sam's but the difference is that I left half the massive portion of chips and gave back the 2nd mayo dip as one was enough. Lovely burger flame grilled, traditional chips were lovely as well. This is the only place that gives a proper large portion of chips I've never left half before! The guys running the place are very friendly and gave me polite table service even though they were busy. Thanks guys for the great food and service. I recommend the nuttela milk shake...
