Poor customer service... So, been here a couple of times. Food is good and fresh shakes are great for the kids. Normally solid. I wanted to add a plain burger bun (for my kid) to my large order for the whole family. The server taking my order did not know how to put this through so asked the manager (I guess?). The manager(?) told the server to put it through as a veggie sandwich (sorry this is boring for me too but there we go) which costs £3.95. Obviously, I said that wasn't going to work as it is just plain bread. Could she charge me for fries or something instead? The server went to check. Discussion. Nope. That was the only option. Uncle Sam’s has always been my life long favourite fast food since the 80’s, however, the customer service that I received at 197 Carden Avenue today was outstanding, the staff were ginuanly welcoming with a friendly smile, willing to help not just to me personally but also to other customers, the assistant who took my order, made sure that it was the cheapest offer available and packed it to how I wanted them to keep warm for my journey home, she then offered to help carry another customer’s orders (too many bags to carry) whilst offerring to open the door for me as I had my dog with me on her lead in one hand and my take away in the other . It made me feel special, what a lovely rare experience to see. Well done staff at Carden Avenue, you deserve a 5 star award. Can I have extra fries next...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I’ve been a regular here for years and never had an issue but tonight I ordered a chicken burger with no tomato’s and received a burger with no chicken and only tomato’s! Rung the store and they wouldn’t help or send a replacement burger even tho I explained I was two minutes away (couldn’t leave house as I had a child asleep) and Uber also won’t help. Blamed it on new staff members so clearly I’m not the only one having issues. I never complain but now I have a dinner I can’t eat (tomato allergy) and wasted £17.
