Burns the Bread The Bakery School — Restaurant in England

Spent a fabulous day at the Bakery School where Bob (ably assisted by Ann and Wendy) got us all kneading and rolling different doughs on the Bread and Baking day. Endless drinks and Lunch was included and what we didn’t eat, was plated up for us to take home. Our swag bag of goodies included 5 loaves, 8 mini loaves, 6 Iced and 6 sugared Chelsea buns, and 12 tea cakes with currants. We were also given the recipes, fresh yeast and the starter product. An unbelievable day with Bob and Ann. I enjoyed every second of the baking sessions. Not only were Bob and Ann brilliant but I came away with 3 loaves, 3 fruit pies, 2 custard tarts and 12 Eccles cakes. I can make the lightest puff pastry, the sweetest sweet pastry and light and airy bread. I can’t praise them enough. Not a minute was wasted but the quality of delivery was totally seamless.
