Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

I eat here all the time and the staff are lovely, but Morrisons as a supermarket doesn't care about customer service or needs. Too many times they don't have the meals I want to order. I have to be selective as I'm diabetic and I've just popped in today to order a roast dinner and guess what? No roast. On a Sunday. Unreal. I suggest they amend their menu as half the time the dishes are unavailable. The caterers are over worked and understaffed and this occasionally leads to mistakes which is totally understandable. I'm often left waiting for several minutes to order my food as no one is available. The tables are often left full of dirty plates as there are no available staff. I've no complaints about the food or the staff because they are doing very well under the pressure Morrisons puts on them and the food is excellent when it comes. So Morrisons. Sort it out or close it because it doesn't show your company in a good light. Particularly with caring...

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This place makes Wetherspoons look like a Marco Pierre White Restaurant.

I visited this Cafe with my partner as we had an appointment and needed something to eat. I didn't have high expectations which is good because the place is shocking.

I should have left when I went to get a cup for the coffee and most were dirty. It didn't get any better when we got to the till to order as the lady had next to no customer service experience and acted like she was doing us a favour.

When the food did arrive it was luke warm at best and the bacon was stone cold. I did try raising feedback through Head office but they didn't seem interested and no one came back to me.

To add insult to injury, my partner and I both experienced vomiting and upset stomachs...

Absolutely awful breakfast...... I don't know how it can take 20 minutes to ruin a meal like they did today...... the scrambled eggs were THE worst I've ever had the displeasure of trying it was like they half fried them then scrambled them ...... the bacon was salty to the point of causing extreme thirst after looking at it .... the sausage was OK but thats being generous..... the beans were mush in the pot as they've obviously been cooking for a week .... the mushroom was dried right out and the blackpudding was crispy on the outside and pretty much un cooked in the middle...... the worst breakfast I have had...
