I was in the area and needed something quick to eat and drink,saw the reviews so went for it. Fast service and Very pleasant service,a really friendly warm environment with affordable prices. Coffee was really enjoyable, neither of us enjoyed our warm sandwiches,ate a couple of my mouthfuls and tossed them. The bread bap fell crumbled apart and was Very dense and heavy,felt like they had been pre frozen or possibly microwave defrosted. The sausage was tasteless and almost felt like it was streamed and then griddled, probably wasn't however the mouth feel was watery and tasteless they also looked very unappealing. Black pudding could have done with cooking longer in my opinion. The fried egg was covered in brown/black residue all over presumably from a poorly cleaned griddle/hot plate. So many better options to choose from so I won't Go back. Shame the sandwiches were awful and wasted possibly the worst I've had from a café. Ordered for delivery drink was all over the bag deliver driver just shrugged said not his problem, we ordered no spread on everything it all had spread so inedible for us, called store they refused to do anything shirked off responsibility, wouldn't even refund or resend CORRECT order. Do not order from shock customer service does not pay attention to allergies DANGEROUS. Would give zero stars if I could.

Edit to add- you were specifically told no spread, none, not add vegan, not add any other kind, none at all yet all three baps had spread. To threaten legal action when you didn't follow instructions is laughable given we can prove the order specified no spreads of any sort which you ignored. I have to say a big thank you to Marie and the team for going above and beyond and providing excellent allergy-friendly food and wonderful service. My mam, sister, nephew, and myself went for an early mother's day afternoon tea after thinking we wouldn't all be able to eat out together because of our various dietary needs.
