They may be LGBTQ+ friendly, but certainly are not friendly to people making inquiries on their first time going to an event at their location. Went to support my cousin who was playing and the guy at the front called me confrontational when all I did was ask questions without raising my voice.

Great place to visit. Very kid friendly. Makes for the perfect spot to go for a drink break, lunch or a breastfeeding stop with baby (sofas are a godsend)! Good variety of drinks, lovely hot chocolate! Food is always delicious. Customer service is always great. And it is probably the nicest decor I've ever seen in an eating establishment. So quirky! A great venue for watching live music. A fairly big open space for socialising (on three different levels) - the stage is situated on the lower ground floor, with very good sound.
