Nice cafƩ. The penne pasta dish I had was a bit bland, but decent. I ordered food and coffee, and, expectedly, their barista brought the coffee within 2 minutes. I had to tell them to take it back and send it with the food. I have seen this at many places throughout the UK. The manager here actually came to ask me if I had said explicitly while ordering the food to send the coffee later, and I am like, is Ʈt not commonsense for people to have a hot beverage *after* food? If that isn't the case, why are not beverages listed at the *end* of the printed menu? He grumbled and retreated. Otherwise, a humming cafe with top levels of cleanliness and a good, pleasant decor.

Great service, quick meals out once ordered, Great deal to choose from (something for everyone) Great prices. Clean and tidy. Nice staff. Love bringing the kids here, appears pretty full but we are never stuck for a table. Highly recommend

Overpriced-underwhelmed Paid Ā£6.90 for this tiny portion, over Ā£10 for a coffee and tiny breakfast is terrible for a cafe, and the food was poor as well, sausage was worse than Richmond. If you’re looking for good food, avoid at all costs.

Popped in today with the family to try it out. Ordered 2 x hot chocolate and 2 x milkshakes and a couple of cakes for the kids. Cost £14.40, which is about what I would expect. The hot chocolate was nice if slightly too hot; I burnt my tongue. Hubby didn't particularly like the tall glass cup that the hot chocolate came in although it did make it easy to see when the chocolate was settling at the bottom so that I could give it a stir. My youngest didn't like her milkshake (and I think it is the first time she has knocked back a milkshake in her life) but said the chocolate cake was the best she has ever had. For a cuppa whilst you're shopping, this place is okay and I will probably pop in again one day. The lunch time menu looked to be varied and reasonably priced, so I expect I will try it out at some point in the not too distant future. I've since had lunch here a few times. I can't fault the food or the service and the hot chocolate no longer...

First time that I popped in the magnolia for a little lunch. Place was quite busy and the breakfast looked very popular. I opted for poached egg on toast, I received two poached eggs and two slices of toast, served by a very nice young lady. It was very tasty but the reason it got four stars is because the poached eggs were a little hard, I could of course have asked for them to be replaced, but they were tasty so I was happy to eat them. Prices were very good, tables etc were nice and clean and staff were well presented. You do have to pick up your cutlery as you order your food at the counter, but nobody actually told us this until the food was delivered. None the less, I would go back, so...
