Under staffed, always a long wait to be served. Often the coffee isn't hot enough and has to be re-made. Some members of staff unaware of which products are gluten free - very important, the customers wanted something to eat with their coffees but didn't get anything. Lost revenue! Not clean enough, particularly the seating. Groups of people are allowed to sit, without drinks - presumably already consumed, at several tables pushed together and/or comfortable chairs at the busiest/peak periods when customers are standing with trays of drinks and food looking for somewhere to sit and there's a queue right back to the door. Read moreI love this coffee shop in Northallerton but I have a dairy x caffeine allergy and twice I have been served caffeine and have ended up poorly for the rest of the day, very disappointing service.
It’s a busy coffee shop with a lovely ambience but customer service should be paramount and unfortunately it isn’t, a real shame.
I love frequenting coffee shops but will be giving this a miss in future if service doesn’t change.

Took a fair while to be served and everyone that ordered coffee complained it was unpleasantly strong, the iced caramel frappe was left barely touched as it was insanely strong with no hint of caramel.
