California Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in England

UNCOOKED CHICKEN YET AGAIN! I have been one a Calis most regular customers in Wallisdown since they have been established. We have many friends over on a weekly basis and Takeaways fit in with our busy lifestyle. 50 % of the time OK for money. I understand that no one can get it right all the time, But it seems time after time more times than i like to remember I have experienced Stomach Pains and my Partner and Children has endured Vomiting on more than several occasions including Friends and Family, Im never one to complain or write views only in exceptional circumstances as this finally is the case. If you do decide to order and risk it for a biscuit please please check your food is probably cooked were you can and fingers crossed they've washed their hands. and if you do decide to complain be prepared for the sarcasm that follows, Very Pleasant Staff when ordering. Very unpleasant when dealing with a valid customer complaint if only they watched what goes on behind the scenes in Food prep they would be able to understand and look outside the box....

Appalling!!! Ordered takeaway to the tune of £32 and it never arrived. We waited and waited and waited, rang the Cali call centre and nobody answered. Finally a call saying that the driver had gone home as they couldn't find us, yet they recite back to me the post code which was given, type this in to google maps and hey presto, taken straight to the destination. Have now been refused a refund, but however offered £26 in credit to order from them again. Why would we order from them again if they couldn't deliver the first time!? And why are we not getting credit of £32 that the order came to in the first place!? Don't worry Cali, I will be taking this further. Would advise anybody not to order anything from here, shame I can't comment on the food which I'm sure would have matched the appalling service and customer care. See you soon for my...

Only giving it one star as there is no option for none... after doing a 55 mile bike ride for charity my husband popped in to get dinner, ordering a cheeseburger and chips for me and a mixed kebab and chips for him, he got home, no cheeseburger..... I called the shop and told them my cheeseburger was missing, they promised to send another. 35 mins later nothing, so I called again, the woman I spoke to said she had no record of the case, she said she would send straight away, and add some freebies. 15 mins later, my burger arrived with 2 cans of coke and 3 extra portions of chips? By now my husband had eaten his dinner, so not interested in more chips. Looks like the dogs are getting chips for breakfast, but what a waste...... I have never read the reviews on here, now I will never be back to this unorganised,...
